These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of RTL Fixer’s website and apps, including RTL Fixer and any other app that was developed by RTL Fixer.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

  • You shall never change or republish our apps without an explicit and written permission RTLFixer.com
  • By purchasing any of our apps – you agree to never publish, send or pass any files, serial number or any specific information you’re given to another individual.
  • You understand that the purchase of an app is private and for the use of that specific user who bought it, hence it shall never be given, sent or passed to another individual under any circumstances.
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from RTL Fixer.
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from RTL Fixer.
  • Redistribute content from RTL Fixer.

RTL Fixer specific terms:

  • RTL Fixer was created to work on the newest operating systems at the time of development. For accurate updates on the operating systems that are supported for RTL Fixer please refer to your download page.
  • In theory – the app should work on older\newer operating systems but RTL Fixer shall never be responsible for any delay or any non-supportive feature or for the app as a whole due to using it on these different operating systems.
  • Once purchase was made – there shall be no refunds unless RTL Fixer sees the situation as something very specific to which the company will decide on that refund.
  • RTL Fixer will not be responsible for specific issue that might arise from custom settings or changes the user has made in his device that might effect RTL Fixer’s performance.
  • In some occasions of using RTL Fixer on older macOS or Windows versions – the user might have to update his operating system.
  • You understand that RTL Fixer is a tool to another software which means we cannot make it perfectly perfect and you take into account some issues might arise in the future or while using it.
  • Further more, you realize that RTL Fixer will not necessarily work on any font and there are always going to be different fonts that would not work. All in all – you realize that the app works as an “add-on” and not a completely integrated application into whatever app you’re trying to use it for (like Affinity Designer) – you take into account that things might not work perfectly and there will be no refunds on the matter.
  • However – we will do all possible effort to support upcoming OS upgrades and also listen to every single reject and complaints you might have and will do our best to fix them as fast as possible.
  • You understand RTL Fixer is not affiliated with Serif or any of Serif’s applications whatsoever and so do not hold responsible for any purchase made for their software nor for any future implementations which might make the app unusable. And there won’t be no refunds in that regard.
  • You hereby understand that the app is not meant to work on virtual machines, Hackintosh computers, Parallels virtual operating system or any type of unauthentic way which puts the app in an environment on which isn’t directly on the device, for exmple: Windows 10 on a PC computer or Laptop, MacOS on MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac Pro etc.
  • RTL Fixer will need an internet connection to validate the app and will do so within approximately every 7 days. That said, RTL Fixer could try to validate your software prior to 7 days as regular maintenance. This will not affect your workflow or how the app works – it is simply a measure to validate your software and make sure it is distributed legally.

Linking to RTLFixer.com

We welcome links to RTLFixer.com and appreciate when individuals or organizations help share our tools and content. You do not need our permission to link to the homepage or specific pages — as long as it’s done in a fair, respectful, and non-misleading way.

You’re free to link to our site if:

  • The link clearly identifies RTL Fixer and doesn’t misrepresent our relationship (i.e., don’t imply we’re endorsing your product or service if we’re not).
